Toronto Skates Past Columbus 6-3 - Recap

The Maple Leafs got a 3-goal performance from Nazem Kadri as Toronto handed Columbus a 6-3 defeat on Wednesday at Air Canada Centre.

Toronto was favored by -181 and came through for bettors backing them. The game went OVER the consensus closing total of 5.5.

Nazem Kadri(3), Dominic Moore, Patrick Marleau, and Mitchell Marner each scored for the Maple Leafs in the victory. Moore opened the scoring for Toronto.

Columbus got goals from Nick Foligno(2), and Jack Johnson in the loss, but it wasn't enough.

Columbus got a 22-stop effort from Joonas Korpisalo in the loss.

On the power play, Toronto went 0-for-3, while the Blue Jackets were 0-for-2 with the man advantage.

Toronto lost the shots on goal battle to Columbus by a margin of 57-28.

Toronto looks to continue their winning ways next game with a battle against the Penguins. The Blue Jackets will aim to get back on the winning track vs. Philadelphia.
