Colorado State Falls 24-14 to Hawkeyes - Recap

The Hawkeyes were Week 4 winners on Saturday, coming out on top of the Rams by a score of 24-14 at Kinnick Stadium.

Iowa did not, however, defeat the Rams against the spread, which closed at -24.0 at most sportsbooks. Totals bettors, meanwhile, saw the game go UNDER the closing number of 43.5.

Tyler Goodson rushed for 57 yards, while Arland Bruce IV added 13 yards in the win. Keagan Johnson and Sam LaPorta added 92 and 45 receiving yards respectively.

A'Jon Vivens rushed for 45 yards for Colorado State, while Todd Centeio added 19 yards. Todd Centeio threw for 155 yards for the Rams, while receivers Trey McBride and E.J. Scott had 59 and 51 yards respectively.

The time of possession battle favored Colorado State as their offense was on the field for 31:18, longer than the 28:40 of their opponents.

Iowa looks to continue their winning ways next game with a battle against Maryland. Colorado State will aim to get back on the winning track vs. San Jose State.
