San Jose State Spartans vs Hawaii Rainbow Warriors Recap - Spartans Win 17-13

The Spartans grabbed a Week 3 victory over the Rainbow Warriors on Sunday, winning 17-13 at Clarence T.C. Ching Complex.

Dae Dae Hunter rushed for 51 yards for Hawaii, while Chevan Cordeiro added 39 yards. Chevan Cordeiro threw for 242 yards for the Rainbow Warriors, while receivers Nick Mardner and Calvin Turner Jr. had 97 and 56 yards respectively.

San Jose State lost the offensive yardage battle to Hawaii 369-291 yards in Sunday's game. Hawaii had more first downs as that total ended up 16-15.

The time of possession battle favored Hawaii as their offense was on the field for 31:59, longer than the 28:01 of their opponents.

San Jose State heads into a 4 battle against Western Michigan. Hawaii, meanwhile, will have their next action against New Mexico State.
