Duke Blue Devils vs Charlotte 49ers Recap - 49ers Win 31-28

Charlotte's aerial attack produced 324 yards and the 49ers produced a 31-28 victory over Duke on Friday at Jerry Richardson Stadium.

Charlotte was the ATS victor, as they covered the +6.5-point spread as an underdog. Over-Under bettors who played UNDER the total of 60.0 were rewarded at the payout window.

Chris Reynolds completed 19 of 30 pass attempts for 324 yards for the 49ers in the win.

Mataeo Durant rushed for 255 yards for Duke, while Jordan Waters added 65 yards. Gunnar Holmberg threw for 228 yards for the Blue Devils, while receivers Jake Bobo and Jordan Waters had 88 and 40 yards respectively.

Charlotte lost the offensive yardage battle to Duke 580-478 yards in Friday's game. Duke had more first downs as that total ended up 23-20.

Duke lost the time of possession battle 35:19-24:41, leaving their defense on the field more than they wanted.

Charlotte looks to continue their winning ways next game with a battle against Gardner-Webb. Duke will aim to get back on the winning track vs. North Carolina A&T.
