Minnesota Falls 45-31 to Buckeyes - Recap

Miyan Williams tore up the turf for 125 rushing yards on Thursday to lead the Buckeyes to a 45-31 win over the Golden Gophers at TCF Bank Stadium.

The game was a push (tie) for betting purposes as the final score was identical to the -14.0 number at most sportsbooks. The game proved to be a winner for OVER bettors based on the closing total of 62.0.

Miyan Williams rushed for 125 yards, while Master Teague III added 29 yards in the win. Chris Olave and Garrett Wilson added 117 and 80 receiving yards respectively.

Mohamed Ibrahim rushed for 163 yards for Minnesota, while Trey Potts added 34 yards. Tanner Morgan threw for 205 yards for the Golden Gophers, while receivers Daniel Jackson and Dylan Wright had 58 and 57 yards respectively.

Minnesota lost the offensive yardage battle to Ohio State 495-408 yards in Thursday's game. Minnesota had more first downs as that total ended up 24-17.

Ohio State lost the time of possession battle 38:41-21:19, leaving their defense on the field more than they wanted.

Ohio State looks to continue their winning ways next game with a battle against Oregon. Minnesota will aim to get back on the winning track vs. Miami-OH.
