Rainbow Warriors Fall 44-10 Against UCLA - Game Recap

UCLA got a 106-yard performance from Zach Charbonnet as a key part of its 44-10 victory over the Rainbow Warriors on Saturday at Rose Bowl.

The Bruins were a -17.5-point favorite in the win, and managed to turn a profit for their supporters. The combined score dipped UNDER the total, which closed at 66.5.

Zach Charbonnet rushed for 106 yards, while Brittain Brown added 78 yards in the win. Kazmeir Allen and Brittain Brown added 47 and 21 receiving yards respectively.

Dae Dae Hunter rushed for 20 yards for Hawaii, while Dedrick Parson added 15 yards. Chevan Cordeiro threw for 220 yards for the Rainbow Warriors, while receivers Calvin Turner Jr. and Aaron Cephus had 50 and 49 yards respectively.

UCLA outgained Hawaii 392-269 yards in the game, while the battle of first downs was won 20-16 by the Bruins.

The time of possession battle favored Hawaii as their offense was on the field for 30:43, longer than the 29:17 of their opponents.

UCLA heads into a Week 1 battle against LSU. Hawaii, meanwhile, will have their next action against Portland State.
