Colorado Skates Past Dallas 6-4 - Recap

Colorado skated to a 6-4 victory over Dallas on Wednesday in NHL action at Rogers Place.

Bettors who backed the Avalanche were rewarded as -139 favorites at sportsbooks. Over-Under bettors saw the total score go OVER the closing total of 5.5.

Gabriel Landeskog, Nikita Zadorov, Pierre-Edouard Bellemare, Nazem Kadri, Mikko Rantanen, and Andre Burakovsky each scored for the Avalanche in the victory. Zadorov opened the scoring for Colorado.

Pavel Francouz turned in a 33-save effort for the Avalanche.

Dallas got goals from Jamie Benn, Tyler Seguin, Blake Comeau, and Denis Gurianov in the loss, but it wasn't enough.

Dallas got a 26-stop effort from Anton Khudobin in the loss.

On the power play, Colorado went 0-for-3, while the Stars were 0-for-3 with the man advantage.

Colorado lost the shots on goal battle to Dallas by a margin of 37-32.
