Eagles Fall 28-22 Against Tampa Bay - Game Recap

The Buccaneers got a 2-TD performance from Tom Brady as Tampa Bay handed Philadelphia a 28-22 defeat on Thursday at Lincoln Financial Field.

Tom Brady completed 34 of 42 pass attempts for 297 yards and 2 TDs for the Buccaneers in the win.

Miles Sanders rushed for 56 yards for Philadelphia, while Jalen Hurts added 44 yards. Jalen Hurts threw for 115 yards for the Eagles, while receivers Quez Watkins and DeVonta Smith had 44 and 31 yards respectively.

Philadelphia lost the offensive yardage battle to Tampa Bay 399-213 yards in Thursday's game. Tampa Bay had more first downs as that total ended up 27-16.

The time of possession battle favored Tampa Bay as their offense was on the field for 39:56, longer than the 20:04 of their opponents.

Tampa Bay heads into a Week 7 battle against the Bears. Philadelphia, meanwhile, will have their next action against Las Vegas.
