Nebraska Falls 30-23 to Golden Gophers - Recap

The Cornhuskers had no answer for Bryce Williams on Saturday as the Golden Gophers rolled to a 30-23 win at TCF Bank Stadium.

Bryce Williams rushed for 127 yards, while Mar'Keise Irving added 28 yards in the win. Chris Autman-Bell and Mike Brown-Stephens added 103 and 58 receiving yards respectively.

Rahmir Johnson rushed for 83 yards for Nebraska, while Zavier Betts added 27 yards. Adrian Martinez threw for 241 yards for the Cornhuskers, while receivers Austin Allen and Levi Falck had 121 and 36 yards respectively.

Minnesota outgained Nebraska 396-377 yards in the game, while the battle of first downs was won 22-19 by the Golden Gophers.

Minnesota led the time of possession tally, as the game finished as a 38:01-21:59 split in that important category.

Minnesota looks to continue their winning ways next game with a battle against Maryland. Nebraska will aim to get back on the winning track vs. Purdue.
