Kansas Falls 41-14 to Red Raiders - Recap

Texas Tech cruised to victory on Saturday, as they ran up a 41-14 score against Kansas in Week 7 action at Kivisto Field at David Booth Kansas Memorial Stadium.

Bettors who backed the Red Raiders were also rewarded, as they covered the closing number as a favorite of -18.5 at sportsbooks. Over-Under bettors saw the total score go UNDER the closing total of 67.5.

SaRodorick Thompson rushed for 83 yards, while Donovan Smith added 37 yards in the win. Erik Ezukanma and Mason Tharp added 76 and 38 receiving yards respectively.

Kansas lost the offensive yardage battle to Texas Tech 438-273 yards in Saturday's game. Texas Tech had more first downs as that total ended up 23-17.

Texas Tech led the time of possession tally, as the game finished as a 30:14-29:46 split in that important category.

Texas Tech heads into a 8 battle against Kansas State. Kansas, meanwhile, will have their next action against Oklahoma.
