Recap - Wildcats Defeat LSU 42-21

Chris Rodriguez Jr. tore up the turf for 147 rushing yards on Saturday to lead the Wildcats to a 42-21 win over the Tigers at Kroger Field.

Tyrion Davis-Price rushed for 147 yards for LSU, while Armoni Goodwin added 18 yards. Max Johnson threw for 261 yards for the Tigers, while receivers Kayshon Boutte and Malik Nabers had 73 and 66 yards respectively.

LSU was outgained by Kentucky 475-408 yards in Saturday's match, while the important battle of first downs was won 24-22 by the Wildcats.

The time of possession battle favored Kentucky as their offense was on the field for 32:12, longer than the 27:48 of their opponents.

Kentucky looks to continue their winning ways next game with a battle against Georgia. LSU will aim to get back on the winning track vs. Florida.
