76ers Fall 121-114 Against New Orleans - Game Recap

The 76ers were burned for 34 points by Anthony Davis on Friday as the Pelicans picked up a 121-114 win at Smoothie King Center.

The Pelicans earned a straight-up victory but suffered an ATS defeat in failing to cover the -9.0-point spread. Over-Under bettors who played OVER the total of 204.0 were rewarded with a winning wager.

New Orleans got 26 points from Ryan Anderson and another 24 points from Jrue Holiday. Jrue Holiday contributed 12 assists, while Omer Asik cleaned the glass with 14 rebounds.

Philadelphia got 24 points from Nerlens Noel in a losing cause and another 15 points from Robert Covington. Ishmael Smith contributed 7 assists for the 76ers, while Nerlens Noel had 9 rebounds.

New Orleans led at halftime, 71-55.

New Orleans had a 42-32 advantage in the rebounding department as they won the battle in the paint.

Next game, New Orleans takes its act on the road to face Detroit looking for another win. For Philadelphia, they head on the road to face Dallas.
