Charlotte Defeats Philadelphia 113-88 - Recap

Charlotte cruised to victory on Friday, running Philadelphia out of the gym and running up a 113-88 score at Time Warner Cable Arena.

The Hornets were a -11.0-point favorite in the win, and managed to turn a profit for their supporters. The combined score went OVER the total, which closed at 198.0.

Al Jefferson had 26 points for Charlotte and Kemba Walker chipped in with 20 points. Kemba Walker had 7 assists for the Hornets, while Al Jefferson was the team's top rebounder, grabbing 10 boards.

Philadelphia got 16 points from Nerlens Noel in a losing cause and another 15 points from Nik Stauskas. T.J. McConnell contributed 6 assists for the 76ers, while Nerlens Noel had 9 rebounds.

The Hornets hit the break winning 62-41 before taking care of business in the second half.

Philadelphia won the battle of the boards, outrebounding their counterparts 42-41.

Next game, Charlotte takes its act home to face Sacramento looking for another win. For Philadelphia, they head on the road to face Miami.
